Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Elliot Dent is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FF Estate Holdings, where he leads the firm's strategic direction and advises clients on institutional banking, structured finance and complex cross-border transactions to support business and projects.
Elliot has spent more than a decade working within the financial services sector, building upon a professional background across banking, insurance, mortgage lending and working alongside asset managers specialising in trade finance and financial instruments.
Today, as Principal of the FF group, Elliot specialise in international investment structuring, project finance, banking facilities and private capital advisory including partner led wealth solutions. Elliot is innovative bringing together governments, financial institutions, family offices, institutional investors and project sponsors with appropriate banking relationships, structured finance solutions, financial instruments and strategic sources of capital. Elliot leads an organisation that understands the responsibilities that come with managing capital at scale.
The investment approach focuses on finding synergies and adding value to businesses or projects on a medium to long term basis. The aim is to deliver greater long-term financial prosperity and gains to clients and partners by offering our global resources and expertise.
The work often involves non-traditional bankable assets, with proven future cash flow via structured instruments designed for entities and projects suitable for credit enhancement. Elliot provides specialist knowledge, transaction mechanics, and industry insights that are either overlooked or not understood but are critical to successful execution including end-to-end transaction structuring for qualifying clients whose circumstances may extend beyond the scope of conventional finance.

As part of our international team, Oswaldo Nunes serves as Company Secretary & Operations Manager across the FF Group of Companies.
Oswaldo provides operational leadership, corporate administration and executive support across the Group's international activities.
Having worked alongside Elliot Dent throughout much of his professional career, Oswaldo has become a trusted operational partner, supporting business development, transaction coordination, corporate governance and day-to-day management of the Group's expanding international operations. His disciplined approach and organisational capability enable the business to manage multiple client engagements and cross-border projects efficiently.
Born in Angola, having lived and worked across several countries before establishing himself in the United Kingdom, Oswaldo brings valuable international perspective and cultural awareness to the Group. Fluent in English, French and Portuguese, he supports communication with clients, counterparties and strategic partners across multiple jurisdictions.
Alongside his responsibilities within FF Estate Holdings and FF Private Capital, Oswaldo is leading the planned development of FF Resources, a specialist company within the FF Group that will focus on commodity sourcing and trade coordination, intermediary trade facilitation, commercial representation and transaction support, together with cross-border logistics coordination through carefully selected third-party partners.
